What are you watching/reading?

I'm currently in the middle of re-watching Samurai Champloo. Such a good series!

Nothing anymore, but my favourites are DBZ, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, Azumanga Daioh, Fist of the North Star, Love Hina and probably a few others I forgot

Can't believe I didn't see this~ Well, obviously just finished DRRR!! XD In the middle of The Last Airbender (I'd consider it an anime), and thinking of going back to re-watch Another, or maybe start watching Steins;Gate, No. 6, or maybe even Zoids Chaotic Century. Know I need to finish Evangelion though... Whoops~

How did I not know you liked Azumanga Daioh Goken? Well since you like that I would totally suggest you watch Daily Lives of High School Boys [or Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou]. It's pretty much like Azumanga, but with guys instead [and maybe an extra dash of stupidity but yeah]

Can't even blame you for re-watching Another. It was so good dude. Haven't watched any of the others you plan to watch [at least not yet]. I mean other than Evangelion, but I think you know my feels on that C:

I've watched all of xxxHOLiC and Future Diary. Right now I'm going through Soul Eater. Others I plan to watch are Death Note, Fairy Tail, D. Gray Man, and One Piece.

I'm in the process of collecting the Japanese manga of most of the above, along with Legal Drug/Drug and Drop, so that will take me an eternity to read probably.

Also Ema that daily life of high school boys nonsense sounds wonderful so I'll probably check that out too.

Oh god, Future Diary/Mirai Nikki. Crazy stuff xD Also, although the D.Gray-Man anime isn't bad, it just stops. Contract ran out I guess, or it caught up with the manga. Not sure what the situation was. But, just figured I'd offer that heads up.

xxxHOLiC is awesome, but I'm sure you've heard that from Riu. I've read almost all of Mirai Nikki and plan on watching it soon.

As for D. Gray Man, well I've neither read or watched it, but I've heard that the manga is much better than the anime so you may want to read it instead.

And Crooked [Also Riu] if you haven't watched it yet since I know you are both into crazy horror animu, you might want to try giving Higurashi no Naku Koro ni a try. It's really crazy, and it won't quite make sense until the second season [Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai] , but I think you guys might enjoy it.

I have a feeling we've had this conversation before, but maybe that was with someone else. I've kinda given up on watching anime, but if I hadn't, I'd probably give that a try because you (or someone else) compared it to Azumanga Daioh before, too

As for anime movies, a few I found amazing were Akira, Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, Street Fighter Alpha and Spirited Away. Akira is freakin' messed up, but such a classic, and SFII has crazy fight scenes

Ugh xxxHOLiC is so beautiful sometimes I just don't. I loved Future Diary, Yuno was too much fun to see in action.

Oh yay, I could use some more horror in my life. I'll check it out soon.

Same here! I've been really into horror animu lately for some reason.

Oh and watch Another too! Can't believe I forgot to recommend that one to you. It's more horror by the way :P

Yeah, I will second another. It is seriously beautiful. Also, if you do/did like Higurashi, I'd also recommend the other series (why didn't you mention it Danielle xD), Umineko no Naku Koro ni

Well yeah but I figured I'd mention it once he actually watched Higurashi since you should watch it afterwards so that it makes more sense. Also because of spoilers for Higurashi :P

In the process of watching Lupin and Hyoka.... maybe I'll finally start watching Madoka too...

I've wanted to watch Lupin for a while now.

And as for Madoka, I watched because my roommate told me it was good and I expected I would absolutely hate it. I was quite surprised to find I didn't, it's actually pretty good [though I was never too fond of the style the characters were drawn in].

I have a long list of anime I need to watch.

I just finished Oreimo, and now I've just started Another. Randomly decided to watch them because they're both really short and wonderful.
