Shin Megami Tensei Games

So, I've seen quite a few people mention that they're Persona fans. After recently being corrupted with P4 by Danielle this year, I've fallen in love with this series of games. So here's a place to discuss these magnificent games that also end up destroying you and your feels :D

So far I've only played P4 and Devil Survivor 2, but I also have the first part of the Digital Devil Saga which I plan on playing at some point. I also plan on getting a hold of P3, the original Devil Survivor, and Nocturne (because I've heard something about it being fairly creepy, which I could believe after what little I've actually played of Digital Devil Saga).

So, what about the rest of you? :3

I finished Persona 3 and got the bad ending in Persona 4 AND SAVED LIKE AN IDIOT. So let's put spoilers in spoiler tags ^_^

I wanna restart P4 so I can finish it entirely, and I wanna play Devil Survivor. But there's SO MUCH STUFF I wanna do that I don't know when I'll get round to either

Still, I have a history of going up to people, pointing two fingers to my head, shouting PERSONA and falling to the ground. It's fun.

I think Danielle still wants to kill me for erasing my P4 file. I'd like to play it now, but a friend is borrowing my game xD; Ah well. I got one of the bad endings too, but not the worst, fortunately.

I know the feeling about mis-saving though, though but in DeSu 2. So upset with myself for that one xD

That sounds like it'd be entertaining x3 I know a friend that I could see doing that.

Do you have a PS3? Persona 3 FES is downloadable for $10 on the American PSN, if you wanna play it. Or you could just buy it on PS2

I do have a PS3, but after all the stuff with PSN, I'm kinda afraid to do anything xD; Plus, I much rather just have the actual game. Thank god for having a backwards compatible PS3.

Oh, I'd be afraid too, if it weren't for THESE ;) Thanks to these lovely babies, I was able to buy such classics as Street Fighter III: Third Strike, and soon I'll be buying Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown! Wow, I should be a salesman...

But yeah, you can buy a card, type the code from the card onto the PS3 and there's the money, no credit card details or anything

But I get what you mean, I'd rather have the actual game too. Might buy Wild Arms off PSN, though

If you're going to get Persona 3 go for Persona 3 portable if you can. It's just had all kinds of things fixed in it [YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR PARTY] and a bunch of stuff added. But yeah I've told you that before.

And I'm still playing the first Devil Survivor, I've played part of Devil Summoner 2, and I hope to be able to play Nocturne in the near future because I enjoyed the small part of it I played.

I'm also planning on getting the P4 fighting game when it comes out!

I've played and beaten P3 and P4, but I've played and NOT beaten P3 FES, P3P and SMT: Nocturne. I kinda fail at finishing games, but that's kind of why Minako's been letting me borrow her PSP to finish P3P. (If anyone watches RuPaul's Drag Race, my protagonist's name is Tyra Sanchez lawlawlawl)

BUT YEAH PERSONA IS PRETTY FUN

Also, in related news, got my hands on Persona and Persona 2 for the PSP. Woot~ (They didn't have 3 or DeSu or I would've snatched them xD)

At the moment I'm not, but I will be again in August which is right around the time the game comes out!
